What this site is all about

I’m sure you’ve heard of blogs, or weblogs. DormantBrain.com is just another one of them. As you may well know, blogs are wonderful things. Some blogs allow you to learn things in 5 minutes of what others had to learn in 5 years. Blogs are known to be an open and informal way of sharing knowledge.
Instead of reading blogs, I found that writing blogs can be quite therapeutic and enjoyable as well. Naturally, in this blog, I would write about topics that interests me the most, traveling being a major one. I’m sure many of you would agree that traveling is fun, exciting, but more important it, how it can change the perception of life.
Of course, traveling isn’t just about getting from one place to another. It’s about understanding, compromising, learning, dining, and having a good time - this blog intends to tackle each angle of this. The purpose of this blog is to share tips, views, guides and local secrets of travel destinations. Myself being from Malaysia, would naturally talk about Malaysia, and possibly South East Asia in general.
Throughout this blog, you may also find links to buy products (from Amazon.com for example), or perhaps links to travel reservations. I earn some comission if you buy from those links. You are more than able to go to their respective main websites and buy directly from there. However, If you do appreciate my articles, I hope you buy through the links which would hopefully generate enough income for this blog to keep living dynamically.
